Tax Officer for Business Registration

About the Job

You will work with processing and investigating cases that vary in scope and complexity. The work includes case management, investigations, and registrations related to F-tax, VAT, and employer registration, as well as ongoing customer contacts with both verbal and written communication and service.

You plan your own workday and drive your cases both independently and in collaboration with others. We work in teams, and you work closely with your colleagues, providing and receiving support from each other. In this job, you will learn and gain new knowledge both broadly and deeply. You will also contribute to our work with continuous improvements in everyday life and choose effective solutions. You think innovatively, dare, and act. The job involves many contacts, for example, with customers and other authorities. The area of Business Registration can be complex and challenging, with regular changes in legislation, making it suitable for you who want a varied role and are stimulated by gathering information. You have flexible working hours, and it is a given for us that you should have a balance between work and leisure.

You belong to Business Taxation Unit 3 in the Business Taxation Department, located in Sundbyberg.

You should also have:

• a university degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits) in a relevant field such as economics or law
• current and relevant work experience in customer service and support where you have communicated information via phone and email.

It is desirable if you have current and relevant work experience in processing or administrative tasks within economics or law.

Good to Know

The employment is permanent and may start with a six-month probationary period.

Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with background checks according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a hiring decision. For some of our tasks in the security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
